Mail order Cost information:

    *  CDs cost $15.00 each

    *  Shipping and handling is $1.55 for               each CD.

        i.e.  2 CDs x $15.00 = $30.00

               2 CDs x $1.55 S&H = $3.10    

               Total Order = $ 33.10

 

  What to include in your order:

        1)  Indicate how many CDs you                         want to purchase.

        2)  State where you want each CD to                be shipped to.

        3)  Please make your check or money               order payable to Beth Mexin.

        4)  Include a contact phone number                  or email address, in case there is a                problem or question about your                   order.
